OUR PASTORS
Senior Pastor Marshall Erickson came to Monroe Free in 2010 having served other Nebraska churches and also spending six years with his wife Teresa as missionaries in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He works with staff and Elders to provide vision and direction for the church. His training and theological study took place at Crown College and Crown Graduate School in Minnesota. Pastor Marshall’s giftedness is in the areas of preaching and administration. He has four children. Pastor Marshall enjoys gardening, cycling and Big Red Football.
Associate Pastor Robert Stretch came on board in 2011. His previous ministry brought he and his wife Julie to serve churches in Nebraska and Missouri as well as missionary service in Morocco and Belgium. Pastor Bob is responsible for oversight of Family Ministries including Home Groups, Discipleship, Children’s & Youth Ministry and Adult Instruction. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and also of Calvary Bible College in Kansas City. He has three children. Pastor Bob’s interests include cooking, woodworking and football.
