Our Vision

We structure ourselves around these four bridges.

BRIDGE 1: Unbeliever

Our desire is to help people encounter Jesus in a way that breaks them free from their sin and condemnation. We believe that all people are born separated from God and in need of saving. Our salvation comes through the finished work of Jesus in his life, death, burial, and resurrection. We aim to structure life at Monroe in a way that invites people into a relationship with Jesus.

BRIDGE 2: Believer

Our desire is to see believers grow in their faith. We want them to become Biblically Literate followers of Jesus. Because of this desire, we encourage completing the growth track, being involved in a small group, and implementing habits for Christian living.

BRIDGE 3: Worker

Our desire is to see believers bear much fruit as they grow. As this growth occurs we want people to use their God-Given Gifts for the encouragement of the body and the work of the Kingdom. We offer many different areas to serve and put your passions and gifts to work.

BRIDGE 4: Disciplemaker

Our desire ultimately make disciples who make disciples. A follower of Jesus is commanded to reproduce themselves. This final bridge sees that we are following the Great Commission by reaching out to those around us and encouraging the next step in their journey with Jesus.

Our Culture

Our values flows from the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The below image shows the type of people we want to be as part of the church.

Our Structure

We are a church led by the staff in day-to-day matters and guarded by the elder board while still being a congregational church.
